At the moment my little boy is going through some kind of sleep change/teething or whatever hellish nightmare it seems to have been – as a result I have only had 2 hours sleep a night.
I have started what I’m calling ‘active afternoons‘ where I do rounds of basic exercises like mountain climbers, push ups, tricep dips, leg lowers etc. and I am loving it!
Take the time to recharge; it is a life saver – literally!
