  • What people say about my books!

Although I’ve always been very active, having Crohns I’ve always struggled to fuel my body properly, which is both physically and mentally draining. Your book has given me some fantastic knowledge that has helped me understand what my body needs, and more importantly why.  I thought it was very interesting reading about your own struggles, and how you admit it takes time, be patient.
