My smart swaps for the festive season!
It is so easy to overindulge in the festive season, so here are just a few of my healthy swaps/tips…
1) If you’re entertaining, swap out crisps and Kiwi dip for toasted wholemeal wraps cut up into chips, serve with a healthy dip like my red kidney bean dip.
2) Also have water out, as well as wine of course. For that festive feel, I am loving the combo of mint and pomegranate seeds added to sparkling water from my SodaStream.
3) Keep Christmas treats like cake and mince pies out of sight and in a non-transparent container. Then you’ll be less inclined to reach for them absentmindedly!
