Nature, exercise and mental health boost

This year I am embracing active transport!

I’ve decided to create a new habit for myself and will be going to as many meetings as possible and all my ‘coffice’ working outings on my Bosch Systems e-bike!

The option to boost up the power and zoom up hills is pretty fantastic when you are short on time and don’t want to arrive to a meeting like a sweaty mess!

Also, it just feels so good to be outside…like we are supposed to be as human beings.  Our body clocks are controlled by our exposure to light and dark and being on a ebike is the ideal way to get where you need to go and keep physically and mentally well!
