Smoothie Bowl

Try this DELICIOUS, easy to make smoothie bowl! You can always come up with your own spin on the toppings. 

 

Ingredients (serves 1): 

  • 125g plain unsweetened yoghurt
  • 1 scoop of protein powder (any flavour) or skim milk powder
  • 1 handful of strawberries
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 1 handful of cashew nuts
  • 1 handful of sunflower seeds

 

How to make:

1) Pour plain unsweetened yoghurt into a bowl.

2) Mix the protein powder into the yoghurt.

3) Decorate with strawberries, blueberries, cashews and sunflower seeds.
