Three time-saving hacks

Feel like you’ve never got enough time to get everything done and still keep healthy? I know the feeling 😉 Over the past few years I’ve worked out a few tricks to help make it much easier for me to stay organised, and make healthier choices.

Here are 3 simple tips that you can try:

  • Pre-make single serve meals by freezing them into silicon trays.
  • Chop up a box of carrots or other veges. They’re ideal for snacks or can be steamed, used in salads or lunchboxes.
  • Have multiple bottles of still and sparkling water in the fridge so they are easy to grab and ready to go. I make my sparkling water in my Sodastream machine, cheaper and better for the environment than buying lots of plastic bottles!
