Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of chickpeas - rinsed and drained

  • 2 tbsp of tahini (or peanut butter)

  • 2 cloves of garlic, crushed

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to make:

  1. Blend the chickpeas, tahini (or peanut butter), garlic and lemon juice together in a food processor - I use my Kenwood Food Processor. Add a splash of water to get to the consistency you like.

  2. Add more lemon juice if you prefer and add seasoning according to your preference.
