Chia Seed Pudding

My new fav pudding or breakfast idea!
- 2 cups almond milk
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
To serve: (serves 2)
- Fruit/nuts/seeds of your choice
How to make:
1) Put almond milk into a container or large jar (one which has a lid)
2) Sprinkle the chia seed over the milk and beat them together with a fork
3) Allow to sit for 5 mins then beat together again to remove any lumps which may have form (repeat this step if needed)
4) Put a lid on the container/jar and put into the fridge for at least 4 hours (ideally overnight)
5) Layer the next day with fruit/nuts/seeds, here I used frozen raspberries, coconut, almonds and pumpkin seeds
