Frozen Peach Dessert

Here’s a healthy dessert you can easily make at home with just a few ingredients that you’ll likely already have at hand!

For this recipe, you can either use fresh peaches, or canned peaches. I whipped this up with the help of my Kenwood food processor.


  • 4 medium, ripe peaches – peeled, sliced, and frozen (about 3 cups)
  • 1 cup unsweetened greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey (or to taste)


Place frozen peaches, yogurt, and honey into food processor. Pulse until smooth. Serve immediately.

Note: If fresh peaches aren’t in season, use canned peaches, just drain off the juice before freezing.
