Super Speedy Beetroot Dip
A quick and easy dip that is great enjoyed with crackers or chopped veggies.
- 450g can whole baby beets, drained
- ⅓ cup unsweetened plain yoghurt
- 2 tsp horseradish cream
- 1 tbsp chopped chives
How to make:
Place the beetroots in a food processor (I use my Kenwood Triblade) and process until very finely minced. Add in the yoghurt and horseradish cream and whizz up again until all combined.
Stir through the chives and keep in the fridge until you need it – easy peasy!
