Super Speedy Beetroot Dip

A quick and easy dip that is great enjoyed with crackers or chopped veggies.

Ingredients:

  • 450g can whole baby beets, drained
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened plain yoghurt
  • 2 tsp horseradish cream
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives

 

How to make:

Place the beetroots in a food processor (I use my Kenwood Triblade) and process until very finely minced. Add in the yoghurt and horseradish cream and whizz up again until all combined.

​Stir through the chives and keep in the fridge until you need it – easy peasy!
