Choc orange breakfast pots

A super tasty breakfast to boost your brain power and keep you full all morning.

Ingredients: (serves 4-6)

  • 1.5 cups rolled oats

  • ¾ cup chia seeds

  • 2 rounded tbsps of cocoa powder

  • 2.5 cups of milk

  • Zest of 1 orange

  • Optional: 6 finely chopped dates

How to make:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a jar or container with a lid, stir well and leave to soak overnight in the fridge or for at least 6 hours.

  2. Serve with plain or vanilla yoghurt.

You can half or double the recipe if needed.
