The story behind my speaking
My approach has been shaped by both professional training and real life, including working in health care since the age of 16, formal study in nutrition and dietetics, fitness and positive psychology, and personal experience navigating mental health challenges, depression, anxiety, neurodiversity, and recovery from a brain injury.
It’s shown me that most wellbeing advice simply isn’t realistic for how people actually live and work, and that small, achievable changes are where real change happens.
