Good n green smoothie bowl

The perfect snack to fill a gap, or to try for breakfast!

Ingredients:

  • 1 small banana

  • 1 kiwifruit

  • 2 handfuls baby spinach

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp seeds (I used chia seeds but use whatever you have in)

How to make:
