Healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated

I had a great conversation Tim Beveridge on NewsTalkZB Health Hub about how to cut through confusing nutrition advice and focus on what really matters for you.

Included in this conversation: What are whole foods? Salt, sugar and what about sugar in fruit? Can creatine support brain health and muscle loss? Is more protein always better? Why is fibre important? How much water do I really need to drink? Do I need vitamin supplements?

As a New Zealand nutritionist and wellbeing expert, I’m a big believer that healthy eating doesn’t need to be perfect or complicated. Often, it’s the simple things you do consistently that make the biggest difference.

We also had a fantastic $300 prize pack to give away, including a copy of my wellbeing planner, recipe books and an amazing six-month supply of eggs (simple, nutritious and ideal for meals at any time of the day). Congratulations to Lisa, our lucky winner!
