Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
250g cottage cheese
2 eggs (or egg substitute if preferred)
½ cup seeds of your choice (sunflower seeds work great!)
2 tablespoons psyllium husk
3 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsps baking powder
How to make:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on a baking tray or in a loaf tin.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Allow the loaf to cool completely before slicing.
