Protein-Packed Banana Split

This protein-packed snack is perfect for afternoon tea or served after dinner as an extra bite!

Ingredients (single serve)

  • 1 banana

  • A dollop of yoghurt

  • 1 tbsp of peanut butter

  • A handful of frozen fruit

  • 1 square of dark (70-85%) chocolate

How to make:

Slice one banana through the middle, top with a dollop of yoghurt, a tablespoon of peanut butter, a handful of frozen berries and grate one square of dark chocolate on top.
