I thought Pip was fantastic. I was quite worried when I signed up that I’d feel embarrassed about my eating habits or about wanting to lose weight, but Pip was so empathetic and understanding that those feelings quickly faded.
Her ideas and suggestions were really helpful, even when I was a bit sceptical at first. At the beginning of the programme, I felt quite lost when it came to improving my health, but now I feel like I have the tools to feel more balanced with food every day.
I’ve already recommended the programme to lots of my friends, especially knowing it may be covered by health insurance – it’s such great value and has made a real difference for me.
