Wondering whether you should be taking supplements? You’re not alone! With so many potions, pills, and powders promising to boost energy, support weight loss, build strength, and more - it’s no surprise people feel overwhelmed.
Supplements definitely do have their place for certain people. My general rule is this: aim to get your nutrition from whole foods first, and always look at your health and wellbeing holistically before spending money chasing a "magic pill."
