Seedy chocolate crispies

These tasty treats are super quick to make and have the added goodness of healthy fats and fibre from seeds!

Ingredients:

  • 250g chocolate

  • ¾ cup hemp seeds

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds

  • 5 cups of rice bubbles

How to make:

  1. Melt the chocolate

  2. Stir in the hemp and sunflower seeds until they are all well coated in the chocolate

  3. Add in the rice bubbles and stir though until they all have a light chocolate coating

  4. Transfer into a lined tin, paper muffin cases or a silicon muffin tray and chill in the fridge until they harden

  5. Store in an airtight container. In warmer months, keep in the fridge

Adapt it: If you don’t have hemp seeds, no worries, just use an extra ½ up of pumpkin seeds instead. You can also sub the seeds for chopped nuts and add in a little dried fruit it you like, this is an easy recipe to play with and find what combos work for you!
