💥 When you feel a strong emotion like anger, sadness or anxiety - the initial physiological response only lasts up to 90 seconds in your body. After that? It’s your mind keeping it alive through thoughts and stories. Emotions are data from the brain... but how you respond to them is where your true power lies. 💪
