House of Wellness - explaining the fight with food

Chatting with Mel Homer, host of House of Wellness, on The Breeze radio show about my new book: End Your Fight With Food.

Mel asked, “What do you reckon that fight looks like?” - and we unpacked why it can feel so hard to take care of our wellbeing when, in theory, it shouldn’t be. Food is something we need, something we should enjoy, and a key part of how we nourish ourselves.

We also explored what shapes our relationship with food and why we eat the way we do - plus the small, meaningful steps we can take to shift things for the better.
