Quick and easy lunch kids box ideas

Stumped for healthy, quick and easy lunch box ideas?  Here are just a few of the things I’ve been packing in the lunchboxes lately….

1) Left over roasted veg, chunks or salmon or chicken, sliced cheese, cucumber and peanut butter or light philadelphia sandwiches;

2) Tuna or egg wholemeal roll, cooked chicken, carrot, cucumber, almonds (if your school is nut free or good for weekends!) and homemade banana bread with added raspberries, get the recipe here.

3) Chicken wraps, cucumber, carrot, tomatoes, pineapple, banana and cheese;

4) Pulse pasta (it is much higher in protein than normal pasta), edamame beans, cheese, cucumber, carrots.
