Summer Smoothies with Veges

Love smoothies? Aim to keep your smoothie to around one serving of fruit and add some veges in instead. I’ve got two totally tasty smoothie recipes with some surprise vege ingredients! Check them out here –

BRIGHT BERRIES GOODNESS

Ingredients:

• 3/4 cup frozen berries
• 1/3 ripe banana (frozen or fresh)
• 1/2 cup cooked and cooled cauliflower
• 1 tbsp cashew nuts
• 1 cup milk of your choice

 

GREAT GREENS

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup spinach
• 1/4 avocado
• 1/2 banana (frozen)
• 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
• 1 tsp chia seeds
• 1 cup milk of your choice

 

I blended both of these up so easily with the help of my Kenwood Chef using the Blend-Xtract attachment.
